A request may be made only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. We do not offer no-reason returns for a change of mind, personal preference, or an item selected incorrectly.
Contact us within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs or video of the item and packaging. Do not send anything back unless return instructions have been approved.
We inspect the information supplied before deciding a claim. An approved case may receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. A replacement depends on availability. A financial institution controls the time needed for an approved refund to appear, and unauthorized returns may be refused.
